Hi folks, I’m Nicole :) a late-diagnosed AuDHD educator, writer, holistic wellbeing coach, and music producer, on a messy but brilliant unmasking journey—devoted to learning to work with my brain, no longer against it.
Neuro-Love-Notes is where I share raw, unfiltered stories and the tools that have helped me navigate life with a complex AuDHD nervous system. It’s about empowering those of us who’ve spent too long masking or trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for us, resulting in physical, emotional, and mental struggles. I also advocate for neurodivergent children in the education system, drawing on my 15+ years of experience as an AuDHD educator.
I’m deeply committed to educating, breaking down stigma, and advocating for those who can’t always advocate for themselves. It’s about amplifying voices and creating a world that sees and supports us.
I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of neurodivergence, education, mental health, and creativity. I’m here to share what’s worked for me to help others unmask, find their flow, and live authentically.
I talk about the real struggles – the sensory overload, burnout, and the daily challenges – and, more importantly, I share the solutions and practices that have helped me, in the hope they can help others too.

THE OFFERING
Over the years, I’ve learned that traditional mindfulness doesn’t always meet neurodivergent needs. Before I even knew I was ND, I hyperfixated on yoga, meditation, breathwork, trauma, and somatic experiencing. I trained in all of them—now I get why ;)
So I’ve been remixing and redesigning those tools to create trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practices that actually support our unique nervous systems.
Every Monday, I release Mindful Mondays—a new resource created from scratch for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent folks. These offerings might include:
Guided meditations
Nervous system-friendly breathwork
Neurodivergent-safe food plans
Sensory supports and tools
ND-inclusive classroom resources for teachers and parents
